Afterschool program in 4 DeKalb County schools serving elementary, middle, and high school students. All enrolled students eligible for parent school liaison services and summer program. Transportation provided.

Intensive training on civic engagement and organizing, helping new Americans grow as leaders in their community and beyond.

Cuban-Haitian PC GAP

Free

Case management, outreach, intake, assessment, referrals and benefit application services for 90 days from enrollment. Does NOT provide direct financial assistance.

Target Population: Cuban-Haitian Entrant Parolees

Languages: Spanish, Haitian Creole, English

Capacity: Limited enrollment

Eligibility: Cuban-Haitian Entrants Parolees (CHE), one year eligibility window (as of Sept 2023)

Job placement assistance, life skills workshops, extended cultural adjustment, healthcare navigation, social services access, and case management.

Parents As Teachers (PAT)

Free

Home visiting program for parents of infants, toddlers and preschoolers with parenting skill building and support. Each family assigned a parent educator who speaks their language.

Target Population: Refugee/immigrant parents of young children

Languages: Burmese, Chin, English, French, Kinyarwanda, Nepali, Swahili

Capacity: Currently has waiting list

Eligibility: Refugees/immigrants with young children speaking Burmese, Chin, English, French, Kinyarwanda, Nepali, or Swahili
