FreeCase management, outreach, intake, assessment, referrals and benefit application services for 90 days from enrollment. Does NOT provide direct financial assistance.

Parents As Teachers (PAT)
FreeHome visiting program for parents of infants, toddlers and preschoolers with parenting skill building and support. Each family assigned a parent educator who speaks their language.

SNAP Outreach / Food Assistance Navigation
FreeHelps refugee/immigrant communities access SNAP benefits through culturally relevant outreach materials, multilingual support, eligibility screening, and application/renewal assistance.
